Upon arrival to YANGON airport, you will be welcomed by our guide and transferred to your hotel. Visit to KANDAWGYI LAKE to take the photo and you can relax at there. And extended visit to one of the world’s most spectacular monuments, the SHWEDAGON PAGODA. Overnight stay at hotel in Yangon.
Breakfast at the hotel and start the sightseeing begins with SULE AGODA; dating back over 2,000 years, CITY HALL and HIGH COURT. Proceed to the magnificent reclining Buddha at CHAUK HTAT GYI. And then visit to the 8 meter high Golden Lion Throne as well as the Mandalay Royal Regalia at the NATIONAL MUSEUM complete your day in Myanmar and drive to bus station to take the night bus to Mandalay . Stay overnight on bus.
Arrive Mandalay early morning , transfer to hotel . And then an excursion by boat on the AYEYARWADDY RIVER will take you to MINGUN about 11 km (1 hour) upriver from Mandalay. Your visits will start with the MINGUN BELL, a magnificent sight of the world’s largest un-cracked bell weighing 90 tons. It will then continue with HSINBYUME PAYA as well as the unfinished MINGUN PAYA, built as one of the world’s largest stupa by King Bodaw Paya and visti MYA THEINDAN PAGODA, not far from the Mingun Pagoda, is a beautiful stupa before returning to Mandalay by boat. After lunch break, experience the sights and sounds of Mandalay including one of the most revered religious monumentsin Myanmar, the MAHAMUNI PAGODA; the SHWE INBIN MONASTERY; the GOLDEN PALACE MONASTERY, a superb example of a traditional wooden building and KUTHODAW PAGODA the world’s largest book, made of marble. Visit a traditional hand-woven silk workshop as well as a Kalaga tapestries craftsmen’s shop before proceeding to MANDALAY HILL for sunset. Overnight stay at Hotel in Mandalay.
After breakfast, transfer to Airport for domestic flight to MANDALAY. Upon arrival at MANDALAY, excursion to AMARAPURA, 15 km from Mandalay to visit MAHAGANDAYON MONASTERY where more than a thousand monks live and study. Time permitting you will have the opportunity to observe the monks having their last meal of the day in total silence. Continue to the 200-year-old U BEIN teak bridge, built in 1782 during the era when Amarapura was the Royal capital. From the early days the city was known for silk- and cotton weaving. Visit a traditional hand-woven silk workshop. After lunch break, embark for a short boat ride over a river and start exploring the former Royal Capital INWA (AVA) byhorse cart. Visit NANMYINT WATCH TOWER, the remains of the ancient palace building, also known as “the leaning tower of Ava“; MAHA AUNGMYE BONZAN MONASTERY, built of brick and stucco; BARGAYAR MONASTERY, famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings and teak posts then continue to SAGAING HILLS, a retreat for Buddhist devotees for sunset. You will visit to SOON OO PONYA SHIN PAGODA, this pagoda is perched on the highest hill at Sagaing and offers panoramic views of the valleys, the wide Ayeyarwady River, the Inwa Bridge spanning it and Mandalay in the distance. And continue to KAUNG HMU DAW PAGODA, it was styled after the domed shape of the famous Mahacedi Pagoda in Sri Lanka.Overnight stay at Hotel in Mandalay.
After breakfast, transfer to jetty and take the boat to Bagan . Its take about 9 or 10 hours will be long . You can see the nice view throughout the river. Arrive Bagan jetty , transfer to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, you will be start the sightseeing through the colorful local market in Nyaung U. Continue the day with visits to the most significant pagodas and temples of Bagan. SHWEZIGON PAGODA, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine; BU LEI THEE PAGODA, noted for its panoramic view of the area’s numerous monuments and ANANDA TEMPLE, with four standing Buddha images.After lunch break, you will continue to MANUHA TEMPLE, built in Mon-style in 1059 and follow on to NANBAYA TEMPLE, a unique sandstone monument said to have been the palace of King Manuha; DHAMMAYANGYI, the largest and widest of all temples in Bagan. Next you will explore the MYIN GABA GU BYAUKGYI TEMPLE, a temple noteworthy for its mural paintings. . In the evening, you will enjoyforwatchingatthe sunset view over SHWESANDAW PAGODA. Overnight stay in Hotel at Bagan.
After breakfast, starting the bike tour to MOUNT POPA, which soars 2417ft (737 m) above the sea level which will plain and an extinct volcano with spectacular views. Its shrine is dedicated to animist spirits known as “nats” and you will have time to climb the 777 steps to the shrine at the top of the peak.Drive back to Bagan to observe the daily life of the people and the toddy palm plantations. On the way back to Bagan, visit Min Nanthu Village to explore the way of local people life. Overnight stay at Hotel in Bagan.
After breakfast at the hotel , transfer to airport and fly to Heho . Arrive Heho airport, proceed to Kalaw and sightseeing around the Kalaw. Stay overnigh at the hotel .
After breakfast drive from the hotel to Lamine, a Danu village, for ( 45 ) minutes. From here take the foot-path for two and half hours to Pawke, a Pao village .The trail goes up and down with beautiful scenery. Passing through rice terraces, ginger farm, chili plantation and sesame field with yellow flowers in the end of Rainy season. Lunch in Pawke village. After lunch continue the (3) hours trek to Pattupauk, a Taung Yoe village. On the way you will have a chance to see so many crab apple trees those are used as fire-wood for cooking. It is rocky and sandy in Pattupauk area. So people try to grow more bamboo trees for making bamboo baskets. Dinner and overnight in Pattupauk village.
It is less up hill and more downhill on the second day. After breakfast, walk slowly uphill for (45) minutes or (1) hour to Kyauksu, then ( 45) minutes more to Nanyoke village. From here walk about one and half hours to a place where we can see the view of Inle lake. For the last one hour the walking trail is a little steep down with the rock and stone. After four and half or five hours walk, we arrive to Tonele, an Intha village in the western shore of Inle lake. Lunch at a small restaurant in the bamboo forest near Tonele. After lunch walk ten minutes to the jetty to take the boat to your hotel in Inle. It takes one and half hours from Tonele to Nyaung shwe, a town in the North East of the lake
After breakfast at the hotel , start the sightseeing to visit Tar-Kaung Pagodas located on the other side of Sakar village, built with different artistic style and its unique image by King Alaung Sithu (AD 1113-1163).Continue to the near villages where Pa-Oh, Intha and Taungyoe are living there. In the afternoon, stroll around and return to Lake Inle. Transfer back to the hotel.
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Heho. Upon arrival at Heho airport, proceed by road to NaungShwe (32 km – 1 hour) and continue by boat to your hotel. And excursion by boat on Inle Lake will include sights of the famous leg rowers, typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing, village life and magnificent scenery. You will visit the PhaungdawOo Pagoda; one of the main holy shrines in Myanmar and dating back to the 18th century, the Nag PheKyaung Monastery;famous for its jumping cats trained by monks andsilk & lotus weaving workshops in the weaving village of Inpawkhon and continue to visit Burmese Cats house (Myanmar Heritage house) in Inpawkhone village. After lunch break, visit Nam Pan Village, locates just before to Silk village; a cheroot factory, where the typical Burmese cigars are made by hand, and the workshops of the boat carpenters are the interesting sites in that village. And proceed to SekhaungVillagewhere can see the black smiths before transfer to the bus station . And take the night bus to Yangon . Overnight stay on bus.
Arrive Yangon early morning, transfer to hotel and take a rest at the hotel . In the afternoon visit to BOGYOKE (SCOTTS) MARKET (closed on Monday on public holidays) with hundreds of food, clothes, handicrafts and gems stores. In the evening, proceed to the riverside located BOTATAUNG PAGODA before your dinner.
After breakfast,at leisure depending on schedule of your international flight from Yangon. Lunch will be to your own account.
