After breakfast, you will be transferred to airport for domestic flight to BAGAN. Upon arrival at Bagan airport, stroll through the colorful local market in Nyaung U. Continue the day with visits to the most significant pagodas and temples of Bagan. SHWEZIGON PAGODA, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine; BU LEI THEE PAGODA, noted for its panoramic view of the area’s numerous monuments and ANANDA TEMPLE, with four standing Buddha images.After lunch break, you will continue to MANUHA TEMPLE, built in Mon-style in 1059 and follow on to NANBAYA TEMPLE, a unique sandstone monument said to have been the palace of King Manuha; DHAMMAYANGYI, the largest and widest of all temples in Bagan. Next you will explore the MYIN GABA GU BYAUKGYI TEMPLE, a temple noteworthy for its mural paintings. . In the evening, you will enjoyforwatchingatthe sunset view over SHWESANDAW PAGODA. After breakfast, a 50 km drive (1 ½ hours) will then take you to MOUNT POPA, which soars 2417ft (737 m) above the sea level which will plain and an extinct volcano with spectacular views. Its shrine is dedicated to animist spirits known as “nats” and you will have time to climb the 777 steps to the shrine at the top of the peak.Drive back to Bagan to observe the daily life of the people and the toddy palm plantations. On the way back to Bagan, visit Min Nanthu Village to explore the way of local people life. Overnight stay at Hotel in Bagan.
After breakfast, transfer to Airport for domestic flight to MANDALAY. Upon arrival at MANDALAY, excursion to AMARAPURA, 15 km from Mandalay to visit MAHAGANDAYON MONASTERY where more than a thousand monks live and study. Time permitting you will have the opportunity to observe the monks having their last meal of the day in total silence. Continue to the 200-year-old U BEIN teak bridge, built in 1782 during the era when Amarapura was the Royal capital. From the early days the city was known for silk- and cotton weaving. Visit a traditional hand-woven silk workshop. After lunch break, embark for a short boat ride over a river and start exploring the former Royal Capital INWA (AVA) byhorse cart. Visit NANMYINT WATCH TOWER, the remains of the ancient palace building, also known as “the leaning tower of Ava“; MAHA AUNGMYE BONZAN MONASTERY, built of brick and stucco; BARGAYAR MONASTERY, famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings and teak posts then continue to SAGAING HILLS, a retreat for Buddhist devotees for sunset. You will visit to SOON OO PONYA SHIN PAGODA, this pagoda is
perched on the highest hill at Sagaing and offers panoramic views of the valleys, the wide Ayeyarwady River, the Inwa Bridge spanning it and Mandalay in the distance. And continue to KAUNG HMU DAW PAGODA, it was styled after the domed shape of the famous Mahacedi Pagoda in Sri Lanka.Overnight stay at Hotel in Mandalay.
After breakfast, an excursion by boat on the AYEYARWADDY RIVER will take you to MINGUN about 11 km (1 hour) upriver from Mandalay. Your visits will start with the MINGUN BELL, a magnificent sight of the world’s largest un-cracked bell weighing 90 tons. It will then continue with HSINBYUME PAYA as well as the unfinished MINGUN PAYA, built as one of the world’s largest stupa by King Bodaw Paya and visti MYA THEINDAN PAGODA, not far from the Mingun Pagoda, is a beautiful stupa before returning to Mandalay by boat. After lunch break, experience the sights and sounds of Mandalay including one of the most revered religious monumentsin Myanmar, the MAHAMUNI PAGODA; the SHWE INBIN MONASTERY; the GOLDEN PALACE MONASTERY, a superb example of a traditional wooden building and KUTHODAW PAGODA the world’s largest book, made of marble. Visit a traditional hand-woven silk workshop as well as a Kalaga tapestries craftsmen’s shop before proceeding to MANDALAY HILL for sunset. Overnight stay at Hotel in Mandalay.
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Heho. Upon arrival at Heho airport, proceed by road to NaungShwe (32 km – 1 hour) and continue by boat to your hotel. And excursion by boat on Inle Lake will include sights of the famous leg rowers, typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing, village life and magnificent scenery. You will visit the PhaungdawOo Pagoda; one of the main holy shrines in Myanmar and dating back to the 18th century, the Nag PheKyaung Monastery;famous for its jumping cats trained by monks andsilk & lotus weaving workshops in the weaving village of Inpawkhon and continue to visit Burmese Cats house (Myanmar Heritage house) in Inpawkhone village. After lunch break, visit Nam Pan Village, locates just before to Silk village; a cheroot factory, where the typical Burmese cigars are made by hand, and the workshops of the boat carpenters are the interesting sites in that village. And proceed to SekhaungVillagewhere can see the black smiths before transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Nyaung Shwe.
After breakfast at hotel,visit to one of the local markets in the Inle Lake region (on market days only). And proceed by boat to the western shore of the lake where you will find the beginning of a stair path leading to the well hidden Inn Thein Pagoda complex. Visit Kaylar village, this village is located in the middle part of Inle Lake and famous for its floating gardens. After lunch break, continue to Ywama village, is well known for producing gold and silverware, is a long traditional of Myanmar. You can see paper umbrella making and longneck women in this village. And explore to Fishermen (pokpar) Village before transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Nyaung Shwe.
After breakfast, you will be transferred by boat to NYAUNG SHWE and overland to Heho Airport (32 km – 1 hour) for a domestic flight to YANGON. Upon arrival at Yangon airport, visit to “Kaba Aye Pagoda” which means “World Peace Pagoda” and “Kyauktawgyi Pagoda” or also known as “LawkaChantharArbayarLaba Muni Buddha Image”. After a photo stop at the KARAWEIK HALL, a barge on Kandawgyi (Royal) Lake, stroll through the BOGYOKE (SCOTTS) MARKET (closed on Monday on public holidays) with hundreds of food, clothes, handicrafts and gems stores. In the evening, proceed to the riverside located BOTATAUNG PAGODA. Overnight stay at Hotel on Yangon.
After breakfast,at leisure depending on schedule of your international flight from Yangon. Lunch will be to your own account.
